Celtics

I gotta say something quick about the C's. What a win last night...the Rockets were on a 22 game win streak and the Celtics just stuffed them. I can't say enough about how fun they are to watch as well!

Nate wins the silver medal in Epee Fencing

Congrats to Nate he won the Silver at the New England Division Championships, Y14 Men's Epee. Now we get to go to San Jose for the Nationals! He has really grown over the last few months and improved in many areas.

Obama

I'm worried about Barak. I really have high hopes for him, but I'm just not sure he has it get over the hump.
Seeing what happened to the Gov of NY, and the rumors of his "infidelities," I'm waiting for "unnamed sources" to come out with something about Obama.
I'm also worried in general about the democrats. Is this country really ready for either a black man or a woman president? There are alot of misogynists, bigots, racists etc that will vote for McCain in this country. Unfortunately the majority are left of the middle, but they don't tend to vote!

Burning questions

1. When there is a holiday and the trash is picked up one day late, how do they catch up? For example, Monday is a holiday, and your trash is normally picked up on Monday. So they come on Tuesday and get your trash. But whoever was supposed to get their trash picked up on Tuesday, now is delayed till Wed. Now does this mean, that whenever there is a holiday that the Trash guys now have to work Saturday?
2. Say you are flying from Boston to Houston but you have to change in Atlanta. So the luggage you check is marked with a scanable bar sticker...I get that. But have you ever watched the people who load up the plane? Its not like they are taking the time to sort by final destination? I guess I want to see how the luggage compartments are organized. It seems to me that they are just chucking the luggage into the plane. If anybody knows where a typical commercial planes luggage layout is located let me know.

4. Sometimes Rajon Rondo reminds me of a young Isiah Thomas...yes he could be that good!
